Tomáš Martinák

Tomáš, the technologist, the engineer, the main pillar of our production. Tomáš joined us when hardware manufacturing in Sudkov was just getting started, and our portfolio mainly consisted of ice line – ice axes and crampons. Despite coming from a completely different industry and suddenly having the entire production on his shoulders, he tackled every challenge head-on. Thanks to him, our Sudkov plant now makes products that in many ways can compete with the top players in the industry.
Even though he is now responsible for the entire hardware production and has more than enough on his plate, he’s always ready to lend a hand in the workshop and never leaves anyone hanging. He is simply the right technologist in the right place!
