Matis has been working at SR for so long that we don't even remember how. So probably since forever! He's our most experienced developer. One of the favourite products he's given life to is the Bandit ice axe. Well, and when he's not working, he's climbing. 
Matis is a core climber who can do everything - bouldering, sandstone climbing, limestone climbing or shivering with cold during mountain ascents. He spends holidays in the rocks in a van with his family in the subculture of people gesturing by the fire with their hands above their heads (like the "tatrman" with whom we once started in our logo).
